Are you a morning or night person? What time are you most productive?

Happy Monday! Here is your productivity drip for this week. What I am sharing… Research shows we are genetically predisposed to be either a morning or an evening person. Around 40% of us work best at night. For many professionals, the workplace does not factor in your preference, which could be challenging. Here is how to make the most of your natural schedule and adjust your body clock to the working day.

  1. Get enough sleep

  2. Choose cardio over caffeine

  3. Plan your productivity

  4. Pay attention to how to feel

  5. Stay in a routine

What I am reading… Take ownership of your outcomes. When you time-block your most important task and protect that time at all costs, you will be as productive as possible. Now you have to avoid getting hijacked. What I am listening to… Music helps you concentrate by blocking out distracting noise. Check out this deep-focus playlist for maximum concentration this week! What I am loving… Leaving my phone in another room while doing deep work. My productivity has been supercharged doing this. Because you deserve better… Jumpstart your productivity even if you are not a morning person, have too much to handle, or don’t know where to start; discover how to make time work for you in 15mins
