You are a product; only some want to buy what you sell. Ensure you are selling to the right people who need your unique value.
2: Identify what skills you have and which ones you need to develop.
Skills are like product features. Ensure you highlight the most critical ones and be aware of the ones that need to be developed.
3: Ask yourself what your long-term goals are. How will this career change help get you there?
Bandwagon and peer pressures are real. Be sure you know why you want a career change. There is a cost to that change.
4: Find the right coach, and book an introductory call. I'm available.
