Want to stay motivated? Try this

Happy Monday! Here is your productivity drip for this week. What I am sharing…

The thing is, your habits can get stale after a while.

How can you get excited so that you stay motivated to stick with good habits long term?

Here's a tip: Make it satisfying!

We are more likely to repeat a behaviour when the experience is satisfying. Recreate that excitement using reinforcement, an immediate reward to increase a repeat.

Some examples:

  • No-miss exercise for a month? Reward yourself with a massage.

  • Passed an exam? Go to your favourite restaurant.

  • Completed a focus time? Watch TV
